The Luyang Electric Power Tower Angle Steel won the bid for the Wuhan Nanchang 1000 kV Ultra High Voltage Line Project, and the Wuhan Nanchang Double Circuit 1000 kV Line Project is a specific measure taken by State Grid Corporation of China to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and promote energy transformation. It is a vivid practice of achieving the goals of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" and implementing the company's "one body, four wings" development layout. The Jiangxi section of the project passes through 2 cities, 7 counties (cities, districts), and 36 townships in Nanchang and Jiujiang. The Ganjiang Station will be expanded with 2 1000 kV intervals, a total length of 2 × 248.146 kilometers, 529 new iron towers, 6 railway crossings, 4 highway crossings, 12 river crossings, 8 500 kV lines, 11 220 kV lines, and 12 110 kV lines. The total investment of the project is 8.95 billion yuan, of which 4.84 billion yuan is invested in the Jiangxi section.
